GE Vernova Grid Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver large EPC projects across the UK, including onshore and offshore environments. You will drive delivery from design through construction, commissioning and handover, leading multidisciplinary teams to meet safety, schedule and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience managing EPC or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of delivery across engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Experience in complex, multi-disciplinary and international environments.
• Familiarity with NEC standards.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and interfaces effectively.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness.
• Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and analytical skills.
• Confident communicator with stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Take full accountability for EPC project delivery to specification, budget and schedule.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Construction, Project Controls, Finance, EHS, Quality and Contracts.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure clear communication.
• Manage project budgets, monitor financial performance and control costs.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks; manage deviations and root cause analysis.
• Define and schedule project activities aligned with milestones and contracts.
• Embed EHS into all project decisions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive quality excellence and non-conformance management in line with QMS.
• Support tender validation by reviewing delivery models, commitments, risks and opportunities.
