Job summary

Egis Group is seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager to join the Construction Strategy Team in the UK, delivering critical equipment investments across major UK electricity transmission programmes.

You will own multiple projects covering procurement, manufacture, delivery and handover of long-lead equipment, coordinating with OEMs and stakeholders from development through testing, commissioning and close-out.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience in energy, utilities, infrastructure or complex delivery environments.
• Experience with scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality and delivery performance.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing contractors and stakeholders.
• Solid commercial, contract-management and project-governance capability.
• Experience of financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of equipment procurement and delivery projects through pre-construction to close-out in line with process.
• Manage project performance across scope, programme, cost, quality, risk, budget and governance.
• Act as NEC Project Manager or equivalent, ensuring contractual compliance and delivery assurance.
• Support contracting strategy, tendering and development of Works Information.
• Coordinate equipment allocation, manage OEM contractors, logistics and global supply chains.
• Provide regular status reports with forecasts, SHESQ performance and risk data; maintain stakeholder relationships.
