Job summary

GE Vernova Grid Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale EPC infrastructure delivery across onshore and offshore environments. You will own the project from design through construction, commissioning and handover, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to meet safety, time and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience managing EPC or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of project delivery across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
• Experience in complex, multi-disciplinary and international environments.
• Familiarity with NEC standards.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and interfaces effectively.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness.
• Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and analytical skills.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Valid passport & driver's license.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Delivery: deliver EPC projects to specification, budget, and schedule.
• Leadership & Team Coordination across Engineering, Construction, Project Controls, Finance, EHS, Quality, and Contracts.
• Stakeholder Management with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Financial & Commercial Oversight: manage budgets and costs.
• Risk & Issue Management: identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
• Planning & Execution: define schedules and milestones in line with contracts.
• EHS Leadership: embed safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Quality Leadership & Assurance: ensure quality and NCR management.
• Tender & Delivery Support: review delivery models, risks, and opportunities.
