Job summary

Fluence Energy UK Limited is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead EPC turnkey projects across the EMEA region, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and compliance with contractual and quality standards.

You will coordinate with internal engineering teams, external partners, procurement, and stakeholders, driving value engineering and design reviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in English is required; German and/or additional European languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Manage external engineering firms, subcontractors, and internal engineering disciplines to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Ensure engineering deliverables meet contractual requirements, are constructible, and consider regional design, regulatory, and cost impacts.
Lead design reviews and ensure compliance with Fluence quality management processes and ISO 9001 standards.
