Job Description:

Allen & York are delighted to be working with an international law firm as they look to recruit an Environment Sustainability Manager to join their London Team and work with Senior Managers to implement the Environmental Strategy. They are seeking someone who can drive behavior change, find efficiencies in energy usage, reduce carbon emissions, and decrease environmental impact.

This is an exciting time to join the business as they are about to refurbish their 100-year-old offices in central London. Your expertise will help ensure the refurbishment complies with environmental legislation and incorporates energy-efficient measures.

The role involves managing two Environmental Managers and an Advisor, overseeing ISO14001 and 50001 certifications, conducting audits, ensuring legal compliance, and advising clients on sustainability and ESG issues. You should have the confidence to speak with senior managers and liaise with various internal stakeholders.

Based in Central London, the position is primarily office-based with potential for remote work. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sustainability professional, especially those with Facilities or Estates Management backgrounds, eager to work on modernizing buildings and advancing environmental strategies.
