Are you a purpose-driven project leader with deep sustainability expertise? We are seeking a Senior Project Manager (Sustainability) to lead and coordinate projects aligned with Pure DC’s long-term sustainability strategy. This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of sustainable data centre development across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

This is an Office Based position in London EC1M

About the Role
As Senior Project Manager (Sustainability), you will lead sustainability initiatives across the business, supporting cross-functional teams and managing external stakeholders to ensure all projects reflect Pure DC’s ESG goals.

You will:

Lead multiple projects implementing our sustainability strategy

Provide subject matter expertise to ensure alignment with our sustainability and commercial objectives

Develop strategic frameworks and manage ESG compliance and energy efficiency initiatives

Deliver comprehensive ESG reporting to meet client and regulatory requirements

Oversee environmental and energy management systems and support ISO and legislative reporting

Manage suppliers on ESG-related projects and apply data to drive continuous improvement

Represent Pure DC on ESG matters internally and externally

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

Highly experienced in project and programme management (e.g. APM, Prince2, or equivalent)

Confident leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple complex portfolios

Knowledgeable in construction delivery, sustainable construction, and emissions drivers

Strategic and analytical, with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity

Experience Required

Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management within consultancy or professional services

Experience in the ICT and construction sectors

A background in leading sustainability-focused projects, ideally with knowledge of carbon accounting and energy efficiency
