Qualifications

• Proven track record of environmental permit applications and variations.
• Experience with Environment Agency processes and regulatory permitting.
• Knowledge of Environmental Permitting Regulations and CL:AIRE Code of Practice is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
• Strong project management, technical writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and end-to-end delivery of environmental permit applications and amendments.
• Liaise with the Environment Agency and other regulatory bodies.
• Develop and expand the permitting service and advise clients on compliance.
• Coordinate with internal technical specialists and subcontractors to deliver solutions.
• Help establish and grow a dedicated permitting team and roadmap to Head of Permitting.
