Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Solutions Engineer in software/telecom for enterprise customers.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to distill complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience conducting discovery conversations and tailoring solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for meetings with research on prospects' business, market, and challenges.
• Conduct discovery conversations and capture customer needs.
• Specify solutions based on Talkdesk capabilities.
• Deliver on-site and virtual presentations aligned to pains.
• Assist with scoping SOWs and pilots/POCs.
• Respond to RFI/RFP and map to software solution.
