Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Experience delivering multi-stakeholder technology or financial services implementations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate with C-levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted technical advisor on high-value implementations and integrations.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable architectures.
• Collaborate with sales to define technical discovery and integration blueprint.
• Troubleshoot integration hurdles and guide complex configurations.
• Create internal docs, playbooks, and tooling for scale.
• Influence product roadmap with customer feedback.
