Job summary

Storyblok, a leading headless CMS, is seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to join a growing Solutions team. You will act as the lead technical advisor for strategic Enterprise accounts, shaping deals with senior sales, product and customer success teams, and delivering complex architectural solutions in multi‑brand and multi‑region environments.

This high‑impact role requires deep technical expertise, executive presence, and mentorship of junior engineers, with a focus on enterprise

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions engineering or similar pre‑sales role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands‑on web development experience and ability to build demos (JavaScript frameworks).
• Deep familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and security/compliance requirements.
• Experience navigating multi‑stakeholder sales cycles including C‑level engagement.
• Exposure to monolithic CMS and migration strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own technical strategy for a portfolio of Enterprise accounts with senior partner alignment.
• Lead executive conversations translating architecture into business value and ROI.
• Architect enterprise‑grade solutions including multi-site/multi‑brand deployments and migrations.
• Design proof‑of‑concepts, architecture diagrams, and demo environments for evaluations.
• Lead responses to RFPs, security questionnaires, and procurement reviews.
• Mentor other Solutions Engineers and share best practices.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to reflect customer requirements and pilots.
• Create reusable assets and reference architectures for enterprise teams.
• Represent Storyblok at events and executive briefings.
