DEPT® is seeking a visionary Strategist & Solutions Architect, Experience Engineering & Platforms, to lead executive-level engagements on large-scale digital platform transformations. You will define architectural direction for headless CMS implementations and composable ecosystems, guiding multi-year roadmaps and go-to-market positioning.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise platform strategy and architecture experience.
• Experience working with global clients and large-scale transformations.
• Proven ability to guide executive-level discussions and roadmap development.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive advisory engagements for enterprise clients migrating off monolithic CMS platforms.
• Develop multi-year transformation roadmaps and composable blueprints.
• Shape methodologies and thought leadership for the Experience Engineering & Platforms pillar.
• Lead pre-sales and strategic account development with executive presence.
• Mentor and grow a team of strategists and architects.
