Job summary

Varaha is seeking an elite Sales Director to drive UK and European expansion from London. You will close multi-year contracts in carbon removal, starting with the biochar portfolio, reporting to the CCO.

You will shape our commercial workflows, harness AI-led tools, and build a scalable sales engine as the first sales hire in London. You will travel 30-50% across Europe, the US, and Asia, engaging with C-suite stakeholders and closing high-value deals with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of high-performing B2B enterprise sales experience.
• Startup environment experience with independent execution.
• Proven track record closing complex B2B deals with C-level executives.
• Willingness to travel 30-50% across Europe, the US, and Asia.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles for large-scale deals.
• Engage with Chief Sustainability Officers and executives to close complex deals.
• Leverage AI-first Revenue Operations to maximize closing time and build pipeline.
• Position Varaha as long-term partner for carbon buyers and scale partnerships.
