Selective Search on behalf of an established enterprise SaaS business serving the insurance sector is hiring two Senior Delivery Officers to lead complex, multi-workstream implementations for enterprise insurance clients across Europe and the UK.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery of core insurance SaaS implementations, manage delivery risk, and act as senior client-facing accountability for delivery quality, timeline and budget.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Experience in Insurtech/fintech or core banking/insurance systems is a plus.
• Proven track record managing large, multi-stakeholder programs for enterprise clients.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Core Insurance SaaS implementations for enterprise clients.
• Manage multi-workstream programs spanning configuration, integration, data migration and go-live.
• Act as the senior client-facing point of accountability for delivery quality, timeline and budget.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams, including internal and partner/SI resources.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risk across concurrent enterprise engagements.
