Job summary

Bionic is the UK's leading business switching service, helping SMEs save time and money. We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive strategic enterprise partnerships and create new routes to market.

You will own the end-to-end deal cycle, engage C-level executives, and coordinate cross-functional teams to win and onboard major partnerships with large ecosystems and SME customer bases.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in Enterprise Business Development or Strategic Partnerships.
• Proven track record of originating, negotiating and closing major corporate partnerships.
• Experience selling into large organisations with multiple stakeholders and complex buying processes.
• Background in FinTech, SaaS, Banking, Technology, Marketplace or similar high-growth B2B businesses.

Responsibilities

• Targeted outreach to high-value enterprise prospects and continual identification of strategic opportunities.
• Own the complete sales cycle from discovery through complex commercial negotiations and signature.
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial and Marketing to identify routes to market and shape bespoke propositions.
• Model and forecast opportunities to ensure attractive commercial outcomes.
• Lead opportunities through launch with excellent internal handovers and momentum maintenance.
• Continuously improve how we identify, pursue and convert enterprise partnerships.
