Job summary

Degreed is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead complex enterprise implementations with a high degree of autonomy. You will serve as a delivery lead, trusted advisor, translating business objectives into effective Degreed platform solutions and guiding multi-stakeholder engagements.

You will leverage deep platform expertise to mentor Implementation Consultants, spearhead internal initiatives, and expand the team's delivery capabilities, with a clear path toward Principal or Team

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end implementations for enterprise customers with Degreed platform solutions.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and define measurable outcomes with client stakeholders.
• Partner with technical teams on integration strategy including SSO and content feeds.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations for enterprise customers, owning platform configuration across Degreed platform solutions.
• Facilitate discovery workshops that define learning strategy, AI use cases, and measurable outcomes with client stakeholders.
• Partner with Technical Consultants on integration strategy, including SSO, HRIS feeds, and content integrations.
• Monitor implementation health, surface risk early, and manage escalations with minimal oversight.
• Own project plans, RAID logs, and executive status reporting for complex engagements.
• Identify opportunities for expanded services or additional platform adoption in partnership with Revenue.
• Mentor Implementation Consultants and build reusable playbooks for the team.
