As a Client Delivery Lead, you will own end-to-end implementations, facilitate discovery workshops, and collaborate with technical consultants on integration strategies like SSO and HRIS feeds.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS implementations for large-scale clients.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams across functional, technical, and business stakeholders.
• Proven track record of leading complex enterprise projects to successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations and platform configuration.
• Facilitate discovery workshops defining learning strategy and AI use cases.
• Collaborate with Technical Consultants on integration strategies (SSO, HRIS, content feeds).
• Monitor health of implementations, surface risks early and manage escalations.
• Own project plans, RAID logs, and executive status reporting for complex engagements.
• Identify opportunities for expanded services and increased platform adoption.
