Job summary

the company, a global leader in Process Mining and AI-driven Process Intelligence, seeks a senior leader to grow and helm our Enterprise Architects team for major client engagements. You will sponsor executive conversations, translate strategic goals into actionable technical plans, and empower a team to remove blockers and drive modernization with emergent tech like Agentic AI.

Your role centers on partnering with Sales, Value Engineering, Product Management, Data Ops, and Information Security

Qualifications

• 20+ years of relevant experience in Enterprise Architecture or leading technical teams.
• Proven ability to translate technical solutions into business value and customer objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with C-level engagement experience.
• Deep understanding of Capability Mapping, Enterprise Modernization, and Agentic AI.
• Strong data, integrations, and data operations background; hands-on with demo environments.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and manage a team of Enterprise Architects
• Act as executive sponsor in pre- and post-sales phases for C-level engagement
• Lead architecture design for enterprise modernization and emergent technologies
• Bridge product/engineering with client teams for premier technical services
• Oversee IT landscape maturity assessments and coach account teams
• Develop reusable assets and thought leadership on architecture and innovation
