Job summary

Kernel is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to bridge customer needs and technical execution in enterprise deals. You’ll translate complex requirements into practical, high-impact solutions while collaborating with Account Executives, Product and Engineering.

You’ll ensure proofs of concept are accurate, scalable, and positioned for success. In this role you’ll stay ahead of client requirements and market innovation, managing multiple clients and projects with high autonomy in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of client-facing analytical or technical experience.
• Technical fluency (APIs, Javascript) and understanding of data systems.
• A product sensibility to how you work and customer-centric scope.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-paced settings.
• Experience in startup environments and handling multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives in late-stage cycles as the technical expert.
• Run and deliver high-quality POCs on tight timelines.
• Lead and own the full implementation cycle from kick-off to go-live.
• Architect, build, and deploy bespoke AI agents using Kernel tooling.
• Act as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients.
• Provide feedback to Product for ongoing improvements.
