Job summary

Klipboard is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end e-commerce projects from discovery through go-live, using modern platforms, APIs, and AI-driven solutions to boost revenue and customer experience.

You will partner with Professional Services, Product, Data & Integration, and Customer Success teams, mentor colleagues, and contribute to best practices and automation frameworks in a hybrid UK-based role.

Qualifications

• Experience with B2B and/or B2C commerce platforms.
• Experience delivering projects involving ERP, CRM, and third-party integrations.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, integration concepts, and data exchange.
• Experience using automation platforms and workflow technologies (Power Automate, Zapier, Make, Azure Logic Apps).
• Knowledge of AI technologies in ecommerce, customer service, analytics and automation.
• Excellent customer-facing consultancy and stakeholder management skills.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, translate needs into designs.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical abilities and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead e-commerce implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Conduct workshops to understand business processes, digital commerce strategies, and requirements.
• Configure and implement e-commerce platforms and integrations with ERP/CRM, payment, shipping, marketplaces, and third-party apps.
• Design and deliver automation solutions for onboarding, product management, orders, and communications.
• Apply AI technologies to improve efficiency, engagement, and analytics.
• Advise on best practices, transformation opportunities, and scalable architectures.
• Collaborate with Data & Integration teams to define API and middleware needs.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests with clear communication.
• Support testing, user acceptance testing, data validation, and go-live readiness.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to drive adoption and success.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to best practices and accelerators.
