Job summary

Xelix in London is seeking a Senior Services Consultant to lead the implementation of our fintech SaaS platform for enterprise customers. You will act as project manager and technical expert, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SaaS Fintech Consulting.
• Enterprise-level project management for multiple customers concurrently.
• Understanding of File Transfer protocols, IT project delivery and software security considerations.
• Excellent customer relationship management.
• Commercial acumen demonstrated by examples.

Responsibilities

• Leading Implementation team on projects, and being the key point of contact for customers.
• Leading implementation projects for enterprise customers, becoming a subject matter expert in Xelix.
• Acting as the primary project manager and point of contact for technical requirements.
• Managing risks, dependencies and change controls across internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring technical prerequisites are met, including data file design, secure file transfer, and system configuration.
• Running customer-facing workshops and translating technical information clearly.
