Job summary

Market Recruitment is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to own customer implementation projects from signed agreement through to successful launch. You will be the primary contact, coordinating client teams and internal specialists to keep projects moving and delivered on time.

You will work with senior stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and translate complex requirements into actionable next steps while maintaining strong relationships throughout the engagement.

• Ensure a smooth transition into using the platform post-launch.

Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 base + 10% bonus and comprehensive benefits

Location: Old Street 2 days per week, 3 days from home.

The opportunity

As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will take ownership of customer implementation projects from the point a new client signs through to successful launch.

You’ll become the main point of contact during this process, bringing together customer teams and internal specialists to keep projects moving and ensure everything is delivered successfully.

It’s a varied role. One day you might be running a customer workshop, the next resolving an implementation challenge, managing competing priorities or helping senior stakeholders understand what needs to happen next.

You won’t need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable working with technology and discussing requirements with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you will need to succeed

• Experience working in SaaS professional services or implementation for a fintech company.
• A track record of delivering complex projects for larger or enterprise customers.
• Confidence managing several customer projects at the same time.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding how different software systems and data processes fit together.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• A practical, proactive approach to solving problems.Comfortable working in a growing technology business where processes are still evolving.
