Job summary

Xelix is a fast-growing fintech company looking for a Services Consultant to lead customer implementations. You will manage enterprise projects, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure successful platform launches with clarity and attention to risk and data security.

The role values strong technical acumen, organizational and communication skills, and a track record of delivering excellent client experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in Fintech Consulting either at a consulting firm or a SaaS vendor.
• Experience of project management/implementations for customers at an enterprise level for multiple customers concurrently.
• Base knowledge of data processing with Python/SQL.
• Understanding of File Transfer protocols, IT project delivery and software security considerations.
• Excellent customer relationship management.
• Commercial acumen demonstrated by examples.

Responsibilities

• Leading implementation projects for enterprise customers, becoming a subject matter expert in Xelix.
• Acting as the primary project manager and point of contact for technical requirements.
• Managing risks, dependencies and change controls across internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring technical prerequisites are met, including data file design, secure file transfer, and system configuration.
• Running customer-facing workshops and translating technical information clearly.
