THG Ingenuity in Manchester is seeking a Head of Enterprise Fulfilment Accounts to lead strategic partnerships with our top global brand clients, bridging senior client needs with our fulfilment operations and service level agreements.

You will own governance, drive incident management, and shape operational solutions across high-volume eCommerce logistics, working with warehousing, IT, and commercial teams to optimize delivery, margin and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Enterprise client management: 7+ years leading front-facing operational accounts for tier-one global brands.
• Fulfilment & logistics acumen across omnichannel fulfilment, eCommerce picking, and carrier networks.
• Executive gravitas and communication to engage C-suite and VP-level leaders.
• Contractual & SLA literacy: translate agreements into performance metrics and dashboards.

Aufgaben

• Executive Client Ownership: serve as the operational interface for senior client stakeholders.
• Governance Framework: lead regular operational syncs, reviews and QBRs.
• Operational Voice of the Customer: advocate priorities with warehousing and logistics teams.
• Incident Management & Escalation: act as senior escalation point with RCA and corrective actions.
