Job summary

Global Payments in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Audit & Governance to strengthen risk, control and governance across the Enterprise Operations portfolio. You will lead risk identification, audit remediation governance, and executive reporting to drive resilient decision-making.

You will partner with senior leaders across Operations, Risk, Compliance and Audit to deliver enterprise-wide risk insights, board-ready materials and strategic guidance that aligns governance

Qualifications

Experience in audit, risk and governance across a large enterprise.
Experience with Archer or equivalent risk management platforms.
Experience with SNOW, incident and problem management.

Responsibilities

Own governance of Enterprise line of business audit findings, risk actions and regulatory commitments, including Archer oversight.
Lead the Enterprise Operations risk profile, including risk identification, assessment, monitoring and escalation.
Translate complex information into clear, decision-focused insights and recommendations for Executive, Board and governance forums.
Coordinate and quality assure Board packs, committee materials and governance updates.
Establish governance frameworks, reporting and decision-making guardrails for strategic initiatives.
