Job summary

Global Payments in London is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Audit & Governance to strengthen risk, control and governance across Enterprise. You will lead risk identification, audit remediation governance, executive reporting and strategic oversight.

Collaborating with Operations, Risk, Compliance and Audit, you will drive timely closure of remediation, provide visibility of risk themes and support governance of critical initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in audit, risk, controls and governance.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise-level governance.
• Experience with Archer or equivalent risk-management platforms.
• Experience with SNOW, Incident and Problem Management.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, regulated environments.
• Excellent executive communication, reporting and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own governance of enterprise audit findings, risk actions and regulatory commitments.
• Own governance of Enterprise Operations problem tasks, identifying control gaps and ensuring timely closure.
• Drive accountability, challenge and timely closure of remediation activities.
• Provide enterprise-wide visibility of risk, audit and control themes.
• Lead the development of risk, control and performance reporting for Executive, Board and governance forums.
• Partner with Business Intelligence and senior leaders to deliver executive reporting.
