Job summary

Global Payments in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Audit & Governance to strengthen risk, control and governance across Enterprise Operations. You will partner with senior leaders to drive decisions and resilience.

You will own governance of audit findings, remediation tasks, and executive reporting, while delivering enterprise-wide risk insights and board-ready materials in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in audit, risk & controls and governance.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise level governance.
• Experience with Archer or equivalent risk management platforms.
• Experience with SNOW, Incident and Problem Management.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, regulated environments.
• Excellent executive communication, reporting and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own governance of Enterprise line of business audit findings, risk actions and regulatory commitments, including Archer oversight.
• Own governance of Enterprise Operations problem tasks, identifying control gaps and ensuring timely closure.
• Drive accountability, challenge and timely closure of remediation activities.
• Provide enterprise-wide visibility of risk, audit and control themes.
• Lead the development of risk, control and performance reporting for Executive, Board and governance forums.
• Translate complex information into clear, decision-focused insights and recommendations.
