Pay.UK is seeking a Senior Internal Audit Manager with extensive internal audit experience to lead end-to-end audits and support governance for the Board. You will oversee audits across payments, technology, finance, and third-party management, driving assurance and improvements across the organisation.

The role emphasises risk-based audit planning, stakeholder engagement, and applying professional standards within a complex payments environment in the UK.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIIA/CISA or equivalent required.
• Experience leading internal audit engagements and supervising teams.
• Experience in operational auditing across business functions.
• Knowledge of financial services and payments regulatory expectations.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end audit assignments from planning to reporting and follow-up.
• Supervise Audit Managers by reviewing work and ensuring quality.
• Assess risks and controls across payments, technology, projects, finance, and third-party management.
• Develop terms of reference, findings and management actions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Contribute to annual audit planning and deliver consultancy on governance, risk and control matters.
