Job summary

Omnea is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to join the UK’s #1 Startup in 2026, leading the engineering function as part of the leadership team. You will be responsible for multiple teams, ensuring high-quality solutions while maintaining velocity in a fast-growing environment.

You'll work with Product, Design and other leaders to define the technical roadmap, balance debt with feature delivery, and ensure customer feedback drives priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years software engineering experience.
• 3+ years managing engineering teams.
• Experience leading 2–3 teams (12–20 engineers).
• Experience in fast-moving, ambiguous growth environments.
• Series A+ SaaS experience preferred.
