Omnea is seeking a specialist engineering recruiter to lead engineering hiring in London. You will work directly with engineering leadership, owning sourcing, pipeline management, the hiring process, and the candidate experience from start to finish.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role requiring deep knowledge of London's engineering market and a track record of scaling teams from around 20 to over 100 engineers.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in engineering-focused recruitment (agency)
• 2+ years in-house at a London tech startup dedicated to engineering hiring
• Experience scaling an engineering team from ~20 to >100 engineers
• At least 5 years of engineering hiring experience in total
• Deep knowledge of London's competitive engineering market
• Active contributions to an engineering EVP
• Ability to discuss with Senior/Staff-level engineers why Omnea is worth their time

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end engineering hiring across Omnea’s 10 engineering teams
• Source, engage, and recruit Senior product engineers in London’s competitive market
• Build and maintain a warm pipeline of passive candidates
• Shape and champion the engineering EVP
• Partner with engineering leadership to uphold a high hiring standard during rapid growth
• Design and refine the hiring process to reduce time-to-hire without sacrificing quality
• Think about Omnea’s presence to candidates, including brand, content, community, and events
• Own your pipeline metrics and know your numbers
