Qualifications

• Experience in engineering recruitment and understanding of the engineering sector.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage key stakeholders.
• Accountability for revenue and GP targets for self and team.
• Experience mentoring a team through monthly sales plans.
• Proven capability to prepare formal proposals as part of bids/tenders.
