Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter – Engineering to join our London-based team on a hybrid basis. Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end-to-end technical recruitment in fast-paced global tech organisations.
• Experience hiring for Staff/Principal Engineers, Engineering Managers or Technical Directors.
• Excellent sourcing and stakeholder management with ability to influence senior engineering leaders.
• Proficient with ATS platforms (Ashby), LinkedIn Recruiter, and market insight dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior end-to-end hiring for critical, highly technical positions (Principal Engineers, Staff Engineers, and Engineering Leadership).
• Partner with Heads of Engineering, Product, and People to shape role designs, influence hiring strategy, and align talent outcomes with business goals.
• Drive data-led strategy by turning market intelligence and recruiting analytics into actionable insights for hiring decisions.
• Refine assessment frameworks, calibrate interviews, and collaborate with TA Operations to maintain high data accuracy across systems.
• Champion diversity, inclusion, and exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
