Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a Tech Integrations Manager to coordinate and own the end-to-end technical integration work with restaurant, grocery partners and external providers. You will drive pre-kickoff planning, manage go-live readiness, and coordinate across engineering, product, and business teams in a fast-changing environment.

You will report to the Senior Technical Integrations Manager and work in a hybrid setup, three days a week at our London office, delivering successful product launches

Qualifications

• 5 yrs relevant experience in Technical Integrations Management, Technical Programme Management or similar roles.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of API integration projects lifecycle.
• Ability to manage technical configuration of SaaS-like solutions.
• Comfort troubleshooting technical issues using data tools.
• Experience working with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Detailed planning: manage pre-kickoff, project kickoffs, project plans, milestones and communications.
• Technical integration ownership: end-to-end integration, test planning, UAT, production go-live.
• Lifecycle management of a project: rollout plans, go-live criteria, owners, issue tracking.
• Stakeholder management: align external/internal teams, manage communication and changes.
• Process optimisation: identify improvements and coordinate changes across teams.
• Analyse and aggregate feedback from partners to assist prioritisation.
