Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Senior Engineering Project Manager to oversee client-side fit-out and construction projects across the UK. The role requires coordinating contractors, consultants and stakeholders from inception to completion, with a focus on delivering on time and within budget.

Based in the Midlands with travel to the Northampton head office and UK-wide travel. The position offers a salary up to £70,000 per year, a company car or car allowance, pension, private medical & dental

Qualifications

• Construction and engineering project management experience.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or industrial sectors is preferred.
• Willingness to travel UK-wide and occasionally overnight.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with senior stakeholders to drive project delivery.
• Serve as technical and engineering SME across the project lifecycle.
• Lead feasibility studies, business case development and budget planning.
• Conduct site surveys and produce condition assessments and recommendations.
• Develop technical specs, scopes of work and tender documentation.
