GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Regional General Manager to lead our M&S Food sites in Bradford, Daventry and Milton Keynes.

You will provide strategic direction, governance and commercial oversight across a portfolio of large-scale operations, guiding site General Managers and leadership teams. The role requires senior leadership experience, strong P&L and stakeholder management, and the ability to drive continuous improvement, growth and customer value.

We are looking for a Regional General Manager to join our M&S Food sites in Bradford, Daventry and Milton Keynes. You will lead a portfolio of sites across our prestigious contract. This is a high-profile leadership role where you'll provide strategic direction, governance and commercial oversight across multiple operations, working through experienced site General Managers and leadership teams.,

This is a full-time permanent role working predominately Monday to Friday, but flexibility is required., We're looking to offer a salary of up to £105,000.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
