An opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior manager to lead the delivery of our fitness products. You will drive the implementation of wellbeing initiatives, ensuring they are scalable and secure in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.

You will lead a skilled engineering team to create a global wellbeing platform for users and merchants, overseeing web and mobile app delivery with an API-first cloud-based approach, simplifying operational processes.

Responsibilities & Core Duties include:

• Enhancing fitness and wellness capabilities, aligning with personalized mobile-first wellness trends.
• Defining and delivering engineering roadmaps, managing technical challenges and interdependencies.
• Overseeing the software development lifecycle, ensuring quality outcomes.
• Implementing best practices in coding, testing, and maintenance for scalability and performance.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and integrating third-party wellness tracking technologies.
• Promoting engineering excellence, efficiency, and high availability.
• Mentoring tech leads and managers across the engineering organization.

Experience & Key Skills:

• Proven leadership in user-centric fitness and wellness projects.
• Knowledge of machine learning in fitness and wellness tech.
• Technical expertise in API development and software architecture.
• Experience with cloud technologies, especially AWS.
• Deep understanding of fitness and wellness solutions, user engagement, and digital health strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
