Job Title: Sales Manager – EMEA (Remote)

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and oversee a talented group of Account Executives targeting the EMEA region. This is a unique opportunity to take our revenue to $5M+ ARR in the next three years, driving growth in some of Europe’s most dynamic regions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of remote Account Executives, ensuring they exceed sales targets.
  2. Build and implement scalable sales strategies to penetrate the Southern Europe and Balkans markets.
  3. Analyze and refine sales processes, focusing on AI-driven solutions for clients.
  4. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and deliver value-driven pitches.
  5. Leverage your understanding of European markets to build strong client relationships.
  6. Own sales forecasts and reporting, providing actionable insights to the leadership team.

About You

  1. Experience: Proven track record of managing remote sales teams in Europe, preferably within tech or SaaS.
  2. Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to scale revenue to $5M+ ARR in a high-growth environment.
  3. Leadership: Inspirational leader who drives results while fostering a supportive, collaborative team culture.
  4. Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Southern Europe and Balkans markets, including cultural and business nuances.
  5. Communication: Exceptional communicator with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  6. Location: UK-based preferred, with the ability to travel periodically for team and client meetings.
