About the Role

As the Wellbeing Lead, you will play a crucial role in implementing our Employee Assistance Provider (EAP) and developing a calendar of wellbeing events. You will establish a network of wellbeing champions across markets, empowering local teams to integrate wellbeing into their daily routines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • EAP Implementation: Lead the deployment and communication of our EAP service globally, ensuring smooth integration and high engagement.
  • Wellbeing Champions Network: Create and support a network of wellbeing champions in over 40 countries, providing tools, training, and resources to promote local initiatives.
  • Wellbeing Calendar Development: Collaborate with People teams, leadership, and local teams to create an annual calendar of wellbeing activities, including workshops, campaigns, and health initiatives tailored to diverse needs.
  • Impact Measurement and Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the EAP through employee feedback and participation, using insights to improve programs.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience leading global wellbeing initiatives or large-scale programs.
  • Strong project management skills across multiple regions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage at all levels.
  • Familiarity with Employee Assistance Programs and wellbeing tools.
  • Experience in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
