Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for Platforms and Infrastructure to lead the Platform, Infrastructure, Network and Site Reliability Engineering teams.

This hybrid role supports flexible work from Huntingdon or Lincoln with a base salary circa £75k, dependent on experience. You will define the hybrid infrastructure roadmap, drive automation-first design, build resilient services, and foster ownership and continuous improvement across the teams.

Qualifications

• Seasoned engineering leader with experience guiding platform, infra or cloud teams.
• Proven ability to balance strategic direction with delivery.
• Strong collaboration with Architecture, Security and Product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform strategy and delivery for hybrid infrastructure.
• Build relationships with Architecture, Security and Product teams and partners.
• Ensure operational reliability with SRE, uptime, performance, and observability.
• Develop people and coach high-performing teams across the function.
• Drive DevOps, automation, and modern cloud engineering practices.
