Job summary

Inch Cape Offshore Limited is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering function at the Offshore Wind Operations & Maintenance Base in Montrose, overseeing safe, reliable and efficient maintenance of the windfarm through its lifecycle.

The role requires strategic and operational leadership of a multidisciplinary engineering team, collaborating with Operations, HSE, Supply Chain, OEMs and contractors to ensure cost-effective maintenance and asset integrity in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Significant Engineering Management experience within Offshore Wind or heavy industrial environments.
• Experience leading multidiscipline engineering teams and maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and lead the Engineering Team to deliver objectives.
• Display a visible commitment to health and safety and HSEQ issues in engineering inputs.
• Contribute to the Engineering Budget and deliver objectives within budget.
• Forge strong links with internal and external technical stakeholders for a coordinated approach.
• Provide technical input to procurement and tender processes; participate in senior management discussions.
• Review information from Contractors for completeness during tender and post award.
• Interface with Foundations, OSP, Cables and WTG packages; manage CVA and document reviews.
• Ensure compliance with technical safety design, CDM regulations and OEM requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement through reliability programmes and risk assessment.
