You will mentor engineers, promote growth, and work with cross-functional partners to meet business needs. Candidates should have strong leadership and hands-on expertise with distributed systems and modern web technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong communications skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience leading and hiring a distributed systems team.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver.
• Proven planning, team-building, and execution capabilities.
• Experience building developer-friendly APIs that scale.
• Track record in leading teams including hiring, onboarding, and growth.
• Experience implementing tools, processes, and instrumentation.
• At least 4 years in TypeScript or Go.
• Solid CS fundamentals and understanding of web tech.
