Job summary

Multiverse is seeking a Director of Data Products to own the platform, the products, the tools, and the self-serve layer that empowers 800+ users. You will lead operations, governance and adoption across the data stack, enabling AI-driven decision making across the business.

You will report to the VP of Data & Insight, sit in planning forums, and manage a team of analytics engineers and developers while collaborating with senior stakeholders to align priorities and delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading data teams and complex data platforms.
• Experience delivering self-serve data solutions with governance.
• Ability to balance speed, quality and responsible AI adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management across functions and levels.
• Capability to plan and resource a busy data roadmap.
• Mentoring and developing analytics professionals.

Responsibilities

• Own the data platform, products and self-serve layer for 800+ users.
• Set direction on tooling and drive organisation-wide changes.
• Govern the semantic layer with clear ownership and architecture alignment.
• Embed governance, quality and access controls in the platform.
• Drive documentation, training and user enablement across domains.
• Lead, coach and develop analytics engineers and developers.
