Job summary

CV Technical are seeking an Engineering Manager for the Bedford site to lead and develop the engineering and maintenance function on a 24/7 manufacturing operation. You will shape the engineering strategy, drive reliability improvements, manage budgets and capital projects, and develop a high-performing team through clear objectives and coaching.

Excellent knowledge of PPM, CMMS and safety compliance is essential, with Lean/Six Sigma experience desirable.

Qualifications

• Requires HND or Degree in Engineering and proven experience leading an engineering or maintenance team in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of PPM, CMMS and maintenance systems; track record in reliability improvements.
• Experience managing budgets and capital projects; familiar with Health & Safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Engineering team and maintenance function.
• Manage all planned, preventative and reactive maintenance across the site.
• Develop maintenance strategy to improve plant reliability and reduce downtime.
