Job summary

You will report to the Site Manager and be responsible for KPI delivery, technical leadership, continuous improvement, on-site contractors, budget

Qualifications

• Experience leading an engineering function and personnel.
• Track record of improving department performance and implementing new processes.
• Experience in FMCG environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work within the team and deliver on KPI’s (Planned maintenance, Health & Safety and quality).
• Provide technical leadership– guiding the team to prevent equipment failure.
• Drive continuous improvement projects.
