Qualifications

• Incorporated member of a relevant professional institution or equivalent construction engineering experience.
• Experience in leading construction engineering services and temporary works design.
• Proven ability to manage projects and ensure regulatory and quality compliance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build client/multi-disciplinary relationships.
• Commitment to CPD and continual professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of temporary works design, tender support, alternative solutions, and design management advice across projects.
• Manage day-to-day workloads of engineers and technical staff, ensuring design quality.
• Represent the project at meetings and maintain client relationships to meet obligations.
• Oversee financial and commercial aspects, monitor progress against programme and budget.
• Provide leadership, performance reviews, and development support for the Kier Design team.
