Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven project or programme management experience with a track record of delivering outcomes.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and performance incentives in utility environments.
• Experience delivering distribution network or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of network construction and operational practices.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.
• Experience in asbestos, fire risk or flood risk management within utilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver key safety and compliance programmes across the electricity distribution network.
• Manage and oversee projects to improve substation safety, performance and resilience.
• Lead activities including contract management, project delivery and auditing.
• Provide quality and financial assurance for projects delivered by a small team.
• Ensure accurate data capture across corporate systems.
