Responsibilities

• Project manage new developments from acquisition to adoption.
• Oversee S104 / 38 / 278 works, utilities, remediation, topography and foundations.
• Check consultant designs for compliance and value engineering.
• Manage external consultants on cost, quality and programme.
• Collaborate across teams and maintain the bigger picture.
