Job summary

Narro Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer or Project Engineer to join our growing team in the UK. The role offers ownership of complex structural projects with a focus on technical leadership, quality, and client relationships.

The successful candidate will have Chartered Engineer status (MIStructE or MICE) or progress towards Chartership, strong experience delivering building structures, and proficiency with industry-standard software.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver building structures projects independently.
• Experience using industry-standard analysis and modelling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design, analysis and delivery of projects across sectors.
• Manage projects from inception to completion within programme, budget and quality.
• Act as primary technical contact for clients, architects and contractors.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and manage resources effectively.
• Undertake site inspections, design team meetings and construction-stage support.
• Review and approve technical designs, calculations and reports.
• Mentor and develop graduate and project engineers.
• Ensure compliance with Eurocodes, British Standards and Building Safety legislation.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer or Project Engineer to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Engineer, or an ambitious engineer approaching Chartership, to take ownership of challenging projects, lead client relationships, and play a key role in the development of both our people and business.

Role Summary

You will lead the design and delivery of complex structural engineering projects from concept through to completion, managing technical quality, commercial performance and project teams. You will work closely with architects, developers, contractors and fellow consultants to deliver practical and efficient engineering solutions.

The successful candidate will be trusted to take ownership of multiple projects, provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
