Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer in Sevenoaks to join a dynamic consultancy. The role requires Chartered Engineer or candidate pursuing Chartership, with a strong grasp of Eurocodes and experience across diverse projects.

You will own projects from concept to completion, review technical information and coordinate drawings, liaise with clients and multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to professional development within a supportive practice.

Our client is looking to appoint an ambitious Structural Engineer at senior level to support the continued growth of their established engineering team. This opportunity would suit either a Chartered Engineer or an engineer working towards Chartership who is keen to take the next step in their career within a dynamic consultancy environment.

The position offers involvement across a broad range of projects and requires an individual capable of delivering high-quality engineering solutions while maintaining strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Eurocodes and demonstrate experience in the design, specification and detailing of structural materials across a variety of sectors.

The ability to review and coordinate technical information, including calculations and drawings produced by colleagues, is also essential.

The successful applicant will be expected to take ownership of projects, liaise confidently with clients and multidisciplinary teams, and contribute positively to project delivery from concept through to completion.

Experience carrying out structural inspections and producing technical reports would be highly advantageous, alongside clear written and verbal communication skills.
