Job summary

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of enterprise applications in one or more modules/systems.
• Expert-level understanding of system capabilities and configuration options for various enterprise applications.
• Expert-level knowledge of business process and operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative resource for customers to assist them in achieving their business objectives
• Pro-actively review solution architecture and propose improvements
• Support the Service Account Manager in customer projects
• Schedule customer maintenances and perform quality checks
• Coordinate Rackspace/Customer support teams for requests
• Ensure technical documentation is in place for solutions
• Attend monthly/quarterly service reviews
• Identify growth opportunities and pass leads to a Business Development Consultant
• Mentor and assist in developing other technical staff
• Aim for an 80% Net Promoter Score across customers
• Maintain high End of Ticket Ratings with clear documentation
• Engage every customer in the portfolio at least quarterly
• Showcase Rackspace value through proactive reviews and consultancy work
