Job summary
Pretzl is building an AI-enabled internal platform and is seeking a Senior Engineer to join the Agentic Systems squad. This fully remote, UK-based role involves owning substantial parts of the platform from early shaping through to production, mentoring teammates, and defining architecture as the product evolves.

Qualifications
- Proven track record as a senior engineer delivering production software
- Experience turning ambiguous problems into practical technical direction
- Comfort with greenfield, early-stage architecture decisions
- Strong collaboration across product, security and operations
- Proficient in designing for security, observability and reliability
- Good understanding of API integrations and data privacy
Responsibilities
- Own substantial portions of the platform from shaping to production
- Lead architectural decisions and trade-offs within your domain
- Build production-grade TS/Node.js services and tooling
- Design context-loading and workflow patterns for agent-based tasks
- Collaborate with product and squad to identify and solve workflows
- Ensure systems are secure, observable, and maintainable
